- Placing an Order
To see your order tracking information, you first login to your account on our website where you made the purchase. If you do not see this information after logging in, let us know and we will email it to you. To track your order:
- Orders move through statuses: On hold, In production, Ready to ship, Shipped, and Delivered.
- Production usually takes 2-7 business days.
- Shipping updates appear once the order is shipped.
- For issues like payment, stock, or address, follow instructions on the order page.
- Contact Support if your order is delayed or status doesn’t update.
Vizons Design allows order cancellations or changes only if requested before the item enters the “Being fulfilled” stage. If the status is “Waiting for fulfillment,” you can cancel for a full refund via the dashboard, or edit shipping details. Once production begins, changes are NOT possible.
Your order might still be in production. In this case, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be completed. The tracking information will become available once the order status has changed to “Ready to ship”. You can check the current order status and if you navigate to the Orders page in your Vizons Design account.
Because each item is made after you place your order, we do not offer returns and exchanges. But if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.
We only offer refunds to customers that receive damaged items or the wrong items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.
Given that each item is made per order, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts; we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know via a href=”https://www.vizonsdesign.com/contact/”>email within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one, or issue a refund!- Shipping
The shipping options offered depend on your delivery address. We provide several shipping methods for both domestic and international orders, with delivery times based on the destination and shipping method. Shipping times can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You can, but it’s not always the best option. Most national postal services, like USPS or Canada Post, can deliver to PO Boxes. However, many of our products, like framed posters or larger items, are too big for PO Boxes. In those cases, we ship with commercial carriers like FedEx, which don’t deliver to PO boxes. To avoid delivery issues or delays, we recommend using a physical address for your delivery whenever possible.
When placing an order, including a phone number and email address with your order helps ensure a smoother and more successful delivery experience. This information allows shipping carriers to contact the recipient directly in the event of delivery issues or customs requirements.
Express shipping offers faster delivery, usually 1–3 business days after fulfillment, for eligible US domestic orders.
If your order consists of various products like wall art, tote bags, apparel, for example, they will not ship together. Some items are packaged separately to keep them safe and in good shape during shipping. Others might be sent from different fulfillment centers, so they will arrive in separate packages.
Yes, but with some limitations. Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, most shipping carriers have suspended delivery services to the region. Right now, we’re only able to ship orders that are fulfilled at our facilities in Latvia.
- Packaging
Currently, our shipments won’t include any Vizons Design branding on or inside the packing. However, this is something we are considering do in the future.
Our fulfillment center packages every order with care to make sure your products arrive safely. Depending on the item and where it’s going, we use materials like paper or plastic mailers, cardboard boxes, and protective inserts such as foam pouches or bubble wrap when needed. Most apparel orders are packaged using post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic bags. Other types of products are packaged with 90–100% PCR plastic content.
The German Packaging Act (VerpackG) is a law designed to reduce packaging waste in Germany. It applies to all orders being shipped to customers in Germany. But you don’t have to worry about this as our print on demand service has you covered! They are registered in the LUCID system and cover all required packaging fees for shipments they fulfill and send to Germany, including warehousing products.
Yes, many of the materials used for packaging can be recycled, but it depends on your local recycling guidelines and the type of packaging used.
We currently do not offer gift packaging in the traditional, aesthetic gift wrapping (like bows or decorative paper).
Yes, our boxes are designed with a durable, reusable structure to encourage a circular, eco-friendly lifecycle.
